How long does the assessment take? The short assessment taking 5-6 minutes per person. Most teams complete it within 1-2 weeks, and you'll receive your SKORcard within 5 days of completion.
Is the assessment the same for everyone? Leaders and individual contributors get different questions — that's how we find the blind spots. Leaders answer 50 questions, team members answer 35. Both take about 5-6 minutes.
